PE and Sport: A Competitive Advantage for Multi Academy Trusts

Andy SprakeUncategorised1 Comment

The Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL) in partnership with the Youth Sport Trust have been looking at how emerging and established multi-academy trusts (MATs) can take a strategic approach to PE and sport across their academies. Together, they have published a new guide, PE and Sport: a competitive advantage for multi academy trusts, which looks at how MATs can use PE and sport to improve pupils’ wellbeing, leadership and achievement. It looks at how PE and sport can develop the MAT brand, create a sense of belonging and identity and contribute to the development of character and employability.
