North Western Counties Physical Education Association flagship event for the European School Sports Day was a resounding success. Manchester Velodrome provided a great venue for students to experience sessions from community coaches in volleyball, Taekwondo, Lacrosse, Dodgeball and Basketball. Two hours of relevant, rewarding and enjoyable activities was replicated in many schools in England today, to link with schools all over Europe. Many thanks to Hannah Vechionne for co-ordinating the event and to all the NWCPEA members and community coaches for ensuring the students had a great experience.
